What the system does for you
It doesn't replace your bookkeeping software. It organizes the work around it: who handles what, what's missing, what's coming up, and what looks unusual.
Requests center
Every client request lands in one place, with an owner and a target time.
- A pasted email or WhatsApp message and a personal client link open as a request. Automatic intake from an office email address is available once enabled
- The system identifies the client and suggests a request type and an owner. An employee approves
- A target clock for every request, with overdue requests at the top of the morning screen
- Requests that need manager approval don't go out without it
Anomalies
Regular checks on each client's bookkeeping data.
- A duplicate invoice, a jump in expenses, a new vendor with a large amount, a month with no income
- An invoice above the threshold with no allocation number, based on the threshold in effect on the invoice date
- Every anomaly points to the original rows, with an explanation and a suggested fix
- Approving it turns it into a task for the responsible employee. A rejection is recorded
Processes & deadlines
Monthly and annual work, for every client, without a notebook.
- Month-end close, VAT, withholding, payroll, and annual reports as processes with steps
- A deadline calendar by dealer type and reporting frequency, with the official source for every deadline
- A deadline not verified against the source is marked "to verify" and is not shown as fact
- Missing documents for each process, and a reminder to the client
Reports and assistant
A financial picture of every client, and an assistant that answers from the office's data only.
- Profit & loss, trends, year-over-year comparison, and expenses by category
- Excel export, and print or save as PDF from the browser
- A question in Hebrew ("Which clients' expenses rose by 20%?") and an answer with a link to every source
- Every number in the answer is checked against the data before it is shown
Client portal
The client sees only what concerns them.
- A list of the documents they're missing, and upload directly from their phone
- The document is recorded next to the right process at the office
- Reports the office delivered to them, via a personal link
- When the client opens what was delivered, it's recorded
Connections
Data comes in from the software the office already uses.
- Import of a Hashavshevet Unified Format file, and Excel from any software
- Direct read-only connection, depending on what's available (list below)
- Morning: their API connection is available only on Morning's Best plan
- Connection keys are encrypted, and only the office owner connects
Connection status
- MorningAvailable
- RivhitAvailable
- iCountAvailable
- SUMITAvailable
- Hashavshevet importAvailable
Connections are read-only: the system writes nothing to the office's software.
And more
- Agents
- Suggestions: document classification, bank matching against invoices, a request with no owner, a deadline at risk. A person approves every suggestion.
- Documents center
- An uploaded invoice or receipt is read on our server, and the system suggests which client it belongs to.
- The office as a business
- Retainers, time tracking, and profitability by client and by service. Only the office owner sees cost and profit.
- Team and permissions
- Ready-made roles, and permissions by client and by team. The restriction is enforced in the database too.
