Every plan includes: request center, clients and data import, software connections, anomaly checks, workflows and deadlines, reports, a client portal, daily backup and full security. The plans differ in: team work, users, clients, AI cap, and agents and the office as a business.
Extra user on Professional and Business: ₪90 a month before VAT, plus $3 to the AI cap. Starter has one user only.
The trial: 14 days on Professional, on your own office, no credit card. At the end of the trial you choose a plan and carry on.

- What does the price include?
- The system, storage, backups, updates, and support.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes, from the subscription screen inside the system. An upgrade takes effect immediately, with a prorated charge to the end of the period.
- Which plan is right for me?
- Working alone — Starter. An office of 2–4 people — Professional. 5 or more — Business. Inviting employees, assigning requests and tasks and manager approval are available from Professional. The 14-day trial is on Professional, so you see everything.
- What happens at the end of the trial?
- You choose a plan and enter a payment method, and keep working with the same data. The card number is stored only by the payment processor, not by us.
- Can I start now?
- Sign-up for new offices hasn't opened yet. Meanwhile you can try a personal demo with made-up data, or book an intro call.
- What AI is included in a plan?
- Assistant questions, anomaly explanations and drafted messages, up to a monthly usage cap in dollars set by your plan. At 80% of the cap the office owner gets an alert; at the cap only AI stops until the start of next month, and everything else keeps working. AI on a real office's data runs only after the owner turns it on in settings.
